Can every stain be fully removed?
Not always. Some stains, particularly bleach, certain dyes, and old set-in contamination, can cause permanent fibre damage no cleaning process can reverse. We'll give you an honest assessment before we start. Most stains, treated correctly, improve significantly or disappear entirely.
How long does carpet take to dry after cleaning?
Hot water extraction typically dries in 4 to 8 hours with adequate ventilation. Low-moisture encapsulation dries within an hour, making it well suited to commercial environments where minimal disruption matters.
Do you clean around furniture?
Yes. We work around furniture as standard. For rooms with heavy furniture, we clean the accessible areas and will discuss moving items if needed. We don't charge extra for working around normal household contents.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use Prochem-certified, child and pet safe products on every job. WoolSafe, products used, meeting the standards required for safe use on natural fibre carpets.
Do you cover Bath and South Gloucestershire as well as Bristol?
Yes. Bristol, Bath, South Gloucestershire, and surrounding areas are all within our regular service area. We also take on national commercial contracts for larger clients.
